From the outset, Tim fully appreciated that as a designer myself (but not an architect) I had a very clear idea of the look that I wanted to achieve for our new extension. Working together, Tim advised upon and interpreted my own sketches into a proposal that could be approved by both Planning and Building Regulations. Simple visuals were translated by him into the detailed architectural drawings that our builder and all the other professionals were to understand and to work from. Tim’s knowledge and experience was also invaluable when it came to exploring options for the layout of a wet room and utility area.

The resulting build is hugely successful; it is practical, efficient and beautiful, both inside and out.
